Ellen Franzén is the Head Sommelier of Gastrologik, a 2 Michelin-starred restaurant in Stockholm, Sweden. Ms. Franzén is a member of the Swedish national sommelier team, Swesomm and is the ruling Swedish sommelier champion since 2019. She has also won the Nordic Sommelier Championship in 2021 and the Ruinart Nordic Challenge in 2019.

About Mr. Kristian Kielmayer: Kristian holds degrees in economics, winemaking and holds a diploma in wine and spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust in London as well as the title Weinakademiker. He is an independent consultant; his main areas of expertise are wine communication, education, and sensory evaluation. He is also a lecturer at wine schools throughout Europe. He regularly judges at various international wine and spirit competitions, he is also a member of the National Wine Expert Committee.
